CESPOC Library Acquires First Zorro Pulp
(May 19, 2010) CESPOC Library has acquired a copy of the first pulp with a Zorro story. Johnston McCulley publiched the first of five parts of “The Curse of Capistrano” in All-Story Weekly, vol. 100, no. 2, August 9, 1919. “The purchase – commented CESPOC’s managing director Massimo Introvigne – completes one of the largest collections of Zorro original material in the world. It is one of the most important pieces in our large collection of pulps, dime novels, and comics”.
